About the Role
Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to support a long-term contract opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is suited for a finance leader who can strengthen receivables operations, guide a small management structure, and bring discipline to reconciliation and control practices. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on accounts receivable expertise with the ability to identify process risks, improve reporting visibility, and recommend practical operational enhancements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day accounts receivable activities within a complex organizational environment, ensuring timely and accurate processing across the function.
• Provide direction to a team structure that includes two direct reports and five indirect contributors, setting priorities and supporting consistent performance.
• Oversee cash and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution of outstanding issues.
