Accounts Receivable Clerk. The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for billing customers, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role supports the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records and communicating with customers regarding invoices and payments. Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Post customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) to accounting systems.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and payment status.
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to AR.
