Accounts Receivable Analyst

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a team in Coppell, Texas in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong accounts receivable experience and can manage customer account activity with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism. The position focuses on supporting the full receivables cycle, including payment application, account review, collections follow-up, and period-end close activities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned customer accounts by recording incoming payments, processing credit memos, and maintaining accurate receivable balances.
• Support month-end accounts receivable close by reviewing open items, preparing reconciliations, and helping ensure timely completion of reporting activities.
