Accounts Payable Specialist

As one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, Fresh Direct Produce is looking for an energetic and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist team player to join our dynamic Vancouver team! This is a full‑time position that reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is responsible for handling day‑to‑day AP activities within the department, as well as processing and monitoring payments in an effective and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be a strong team collaborator, able to work independently, and have solid analytical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process a high volume of transactions monthly, ensuring minimum daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Ensure vendor issues are investigated and resolved as per department SLA
