Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations for our USA and Canada business. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process, verify, and record vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and execute vendor payment runs within agreed payment terms.
Maintain accurate vendor records and account statements.
