About the Role
- Build and execute contract administration processes in compliance with established SOPs - Manage service contract booking, order processing, and related administrative activities - Coordinate with proposal teams, delivery teams, and regional stakeholders for contract compliance - Follow established procedures for routine tasks and adapt to new assignments as required - Support audit processes and maintain documentation for service contracts - Maintain confidentiality of financial, technical, and commercial data - Apply SAP and IFS systems for contract and order management activities - Understand commercial aspects of proposals, procurement, contracts, and closures - Extract data and generate reports for regional stakeholders on a regular cadence - Perform root cause analysis for deviations and support corrective documentation - Communicate with stakeholders via MS Teams, Outlook, and other official tools - Coordinate with billing, proposal, and regional teams for contract execution -...
