Accounts Executive

Job Scopes:
Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly/quarterly variance analysis, cash flow projections, and annual budgets.
Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision - making across the organisation.
Must be proficient in preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the preparation of financial and management reports for the group in accordance with group accounting policies.
Manage month-end and year-end closings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
Project Accounting: Monitor and manage financial aspects of construction projects, including job costing, budgeting and forecasting. Track project expenses, revenue recognition, and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting.
