About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and intercompany reconciliation
  • Manage Foreign Exchange (FX), including realized and unrealized gains/losses
  • Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit working papers (Bank, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Accruals)
  • Possess knowledge in taxation (Malaysia & International)
  • Familiar with Malaysia e-Invoicing (LHDN), including MyInvois portal, consolidated e-invoices, and self-billed e-invoices
  • Basic understanding of Corporate Tax and Capital Allowances (Qualified vs non-qualified expenditure)

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
