Job Summary
Manage core accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately to maintain financial records
- Manage invoices, payments, and staff claims to ensure timely and correct processing
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports to support management decisions
- Organize and maintain accounting documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness
