About the Role
Assist the Accounts Department
- Support the processing of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Assist in issuing invoices and purchase orders.
- Help input payment receipts and supplier invoices into the system.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks.
Process Employee Claims
- Assist in processing employee monthly expenses claims.
Administrative Support
- Assist in general clerical and administrative matters, including filing, data entry, and preparation of documents and reports.
Ad-Hoc Assignments
- Any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or other team members.
Job Category Internship
Academic Qualification Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
