Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing
Manage filing, correspondence, and office supplies
Coordinate document signing and administrative tasks
Support the team with ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Organised, meticulous, and a good team player
