About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash
  2. Maintain and reconcile operational data, reports, and records
  3. Perform data entry and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness
  4. Assist in transaction reconciliation with customers, suppliers, and financial channels
  5. Support payment processes, including offshore banking, tax, and social security payments
  6. Assist in report preparation and basic data analysis
  7. Support daily finance operations and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
  8. Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and according to procedure

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates with a good learning attitude are encouraged to apply)
