Responsibilities
- Handle invoices, process payments to suppliers, and manage collections from customers
- Track and manage inventory costs, perform regular stock audits, and reconcile inventory records with physical counts
- Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management; analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and support decision-making
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required
- 3-5 year working experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel is essential
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, especially within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, is highly desirable
