About the Role
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Prepare customer invoices and monitor incoming payments
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
- Assist with audits and financial reviews
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Comfortable with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
