Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate accounting records and financial schedules
- Record and reconcile journal entries, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other statutory reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits and examinations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions
- Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
