Accounting Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and month‑end/year‑end closing
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and operational financial summaries
• Handle tax compliance including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory filings; ensure on‑time submission and payment
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants for audits and regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Monitor inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis (FMCG or distribution advantage)
• Lead and supervise the accounting team; ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
