WPM has been serving the Waterloo and Wellington Regions for nearly Fifty years, getting its start administering newly constructed condos built by S P Weigel Construction in the 1970s and moving to the Management of Condos in 2000. WPM is an accredited member of CMRAO and actively participates in industry association education and events.
