About the Role

As part of the accounting team, your responsibilities will include managing the entire accounts payable cycle and ensuring that employee expense accounts are reconciled accurately. You'll work under the guidance of the Accounting and Administration Manager while adhering to the company's financial policies. Proficiency in accounting software, including Sage and Excel, will greatly benefit your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accounts payable from invoices to payments
• Reconcile complex expense reports across currencies
• Communicate with employees regarding financial inquiries
• Identify discrepancies and implement resolutions
• Maintain and reconcile branch bank account records
Requirements:
• Relevant postsecondary education or related experience
