An Accounting Associate assists the finance department by handling daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing. They maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, prepare tax documents, and ensure compliance with company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is typically required.
