Job Description
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for proper and timely collection of all accounts and funds due to the company and maintenance of related records to meet internal and external requirements. They ensure that billings are correct, assets related to sales are properly accounted for, and sales transactions are processed on time and are properly documented and recorded.
- Graduate of Accountancy or Finance Management course
- Accounts Receivable experience (Billing and Collection) is a plus
- MS Excel familiarity and ERP system familiarity
- Can understand basic Accounting Principles
- Able to investigate problems independently
- High attention to details
- A team player and a quick learner
- Can work with minimum supervision
