Lead Finance Operations in a Growing Healthcare Organization
At Mayfair Diagnostics, our teams support thousands of patients and healthcare providers across Alberta and Saskatchewan every day. Behind that care is a strong operational and financial foundation — and we are looking for a strategic, people-focused Accounting & Payroll Manager to help lead it.
Reporting directly to the Controller, this role oversees accounting and payroll operations across multiple entities while partnering closely with Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership. This is an opportunity for an experienced CPA to step into a highly visible leadership role with meaningful operational impact.
