Maintain and update records related to various function (as mentioned above) in spreadsheets and accounting systems. Perform accounting reconciliations for RTR functional accounts and internal ledgers. Assist in preparing RTR function related reports and analysis of open items. Conduct basic analysis to validate functional computations and identify discrepancies. Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Clerical Associate to support the various RTR functions, such as Lease, Fixed Assets, cash management, intercompany, salary and wadges, professional fees, general accounting etc. The role involves managing functional documentation, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with making accounting entries and data analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes.
The hiring grade will be 4 / 5 / 6.
