About the Role
- Independent bookkeeping for companies owning real estate in Germany (SAP FI, Yardi, and other systems)
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for managed properties
- Posting and verification of:
- Incoming invoices
- Facility‑related reserves (RMK)
- Accruals and provisions
- Processing and allocation of outbound payments
- Classification and accounting of incoming and outgoing transactions
- Preparation of accounting‑based reports used for German VAT declarations, including application of the German VAT index
- Posting tenant receivables, reserves, accruals, and re‑invoices
- Ongoing cooperation with:
- External tax advisory firms in Germany
- Internal financial controllers
- Client‑side accounting and finance teams
