HIRING: ACCOUNTANT (Construction Experience Required)
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Preferably CPA (but not required)
- With at least 5–8 years experience in construction accounting
- Knowledgeable in project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Familiar with BIR compliance and government regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements
- Assist in audits and financial analysis
