Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory compliance, including securing business permits and licenses, and liaising with government agencies (e.g., Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission)
• Oversee and carry out full‑cycle accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Perform key accounting functions such as preparing and reviewing financial statements (BS/PL), and handling month‑end and year‑end closings
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems (ERP)
• Carry out additional accounting‑related responsibilities as assigned
