About the Role
Lead/supervise to handle and oversee full-set accounting functions including General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and monthly/year-end closing.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, management accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for compliance with MAS and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.
Support GST reporting, tax matters, and statutory compliance requirements.
Handle ad-hoc finance, reporting, and accounting assignments as required by management.
Maintain and update corporate / secretarial registers and assist in the preparation and drafting of board resolutions, minutes and other statutory documents.
