- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger integrity
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure financial transactions are captured accurately and timeously
- Develop and maintain product costing models
- Monitor material, labour, and overhead costs
- Analyse cost variances and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
- Provide variance analysis and financial performance commentary
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
