About the Job: Administrative Accounting Assistants are responsible for handling tasks related to accounting and finances of a restaurant.

They are expected to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and manage or create financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recording transactions in the general ledger—the master document for capturing financial transactions, and accurately coding and categorizing those transactions, especially expenses.
• Creating financial statements to determine financial health of the restaurant including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
• Handle basic financial tasks such as data collection such as managing the restaurant’s inventory management, as well as the payroll.
