Accountant

Overview

We are considering an Accountant to join the finance team of this global Hospitality company (Hotel, Rentals and F&B). The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. We are looking for an Accountant who creates financial transactions and generates financial reports from that information.

Responsibilities

• Customers - issue invoices to customers, reconcile incoming payments and prepare weekly collection reports.
• Suppliers - record A/P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase orders.
• Prepare payments suggestion form, initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly.
• Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and intercompany accounts.
