Account Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Ensure that each accredited institution is regularly visited for marketing and maintenance.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads, HR Head, Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
• Monitor and provide regular department reports and forms according to standard process.
• Profile clients for each Accredited non other Government Institution.
