Konekt has an exciting opportunity for an Allied Health Professional in our Insurance Portfolio as we deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Sydney or Newcastle, NSW.
In this Account Management role, you will be responsible for:
Driving the delivery of high-quality care services to a portfolio of NSW Insurance – Workers Comp and CTP through proactive internal and external engagement
Developing and facilitating training, resource development, performance monitoring, and best practice process development
A structured and effective approach to customer service agreements to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations and implement solutions to address any areas for service improvements
