Job Summary
Primarily responsible for profitably growing sales in an assigned customer base and achieving assigned sales growth targets. Prospect new accounts, increase cross‑sell opportunities within existing customers, and relentlessly drive customer success by delivering a seamless experience through White Cap tools and resources. The role requires the operation of a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the work week and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record report.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face interactions with potential and existing customers in the field.
- Increase customer value through cross‑selling.
- Collaborate with sales organization and shared service personnel to execute growth initiatives.
