About the Role

Responsibilities

:

  • Work closely with merchants ensuring a positive onboarding experience, ensuring they receive the best pricing and payment options suited to their needs;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing a consultative approach to ensure their needs are met;

  • Learn and understand our entire product offering. Enabling you to cross-sell and upsell these new products to your merchants;

  • Answer any queries our merchants may have regarding our products;

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Integration, and others to ensure the merchant is fully informed at all times;

  • Culturally we are collaborative with our colleagues globally, in order to do so, you will need to have strong English written and verbal communication skills;

  • Be a sale and results-driven individual that is organized, proactive, and positive in their approach.
