Position: Account Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end client servicing across tech, UI/UX, product design, and development projects.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Web, App Development, UI/UX, Martech, Analytics).
• Translate client goals into structured delivery plans and ensure seamless execution.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and Founders.
• Handle escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
• Drive innovation, strategic initiatives, and digital growth for clients.
• Present insights, reports, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across digital services.
