About the Role


Key Responsibilities:


Delivery Management:
• Own end-to-end delivery of IT software services projects across development, maintenance, and support engagements.

• Ensure delivery commitments are met in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

• Manage multiple projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and standards.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.



Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery escalations.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.

• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and up-sell.
