About the Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, taking ownership after handover from the New Business team.
  • Drive renewals and long‑term customer retention, with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Build and execute clear account plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure strong product adoption and engagement.
  • Partner with Renewals teams to manage contracts and pricing discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
