Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Account Growth and Retention
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and increase their lifetime value.
Onboarding and Training
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand the company’s products or services.
- Provide training and support to help clients maximize the value of the offerings.
Educational Requirements
