Responsibilities

• Help manage the day-to-day relationship with the client
• Contribute to managing, planning and coordinating all on-site work activities
• Provide leadership and direction to staff as defined by contract documents
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, scheduling, training and performance of all staff in accordance with corporate policies and HR procedures
• Account for the contract performance assessment process
• Work collaboratively to ensure KPIs are met and facilities are maintained at performance levels that exceed expectations
