Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of our biggest clients in DARWIN, managing end-to-end recruitment while growing and maintaining key relationships. You’ll work closely with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering tailored workforce solutions.

To be successful, you must be comfortable with frequent travel to Groote Eylandt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an existing client account within the mining sector, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Develop strong partnerships and act as the main point of contact for workforce needs
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing and interviewing to placement and aftercare
• Identify opportunities to grow your accounts and expand service offerings
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver quality candidates and outcomes
