About the Role
Pay Rate: $29 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Location: Tampa, FL or Aurora, IL
- Work Mode: Hybrid - in office Tuesday and Wednesday
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation plans for new client installations and expanded product offerings.
- Provide ongoing support for account maintenance and handle escalated issues.
- Problem-solve on implementation and service conference calls.
- Manage end-to-end account management experience for assigned cases ranging from 100 to over 100,000 eligible members.
- Research and define opportunities to improve profitability and retain customers.
- Respond proactively to customer needs.
- Develop strong expert relationships with brokers/consultants.
- Provide management with clear updates on issues and potential escalations.
