About the Role
Responsibilities
- Familiar with MYOB / Financio account software.
- Prepare AP/AR Aging fortnightly.
- Prepare staff's salary & claims.
- Prepare Fixed assets schedule.
- Manage & Record day-to-day daily financial transaction.
- Prepare supplier's payment according to payment terms.
- Provide regular updates to management on financial performance.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identity any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheet , income statement and cash flow statement.
- Prepare statutory filling for GST, submit IR21 & IR8A.
- Work with auditors/ tax agents to ensure a smooth audit process & tax filing.
