About the Role
Job Description:
- Manages, develops and maintains business relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives.
- Provide product and service education and sales support to prospective key accounts.
- Conduct presentations and prepare proposals depending on the client’s requirement and secure confirmation of rates through a signed conforme.
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant knowledge of the company's products and solutions.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Serve as point of contact for key accounts; includes leading the internal/external program communications.
- Coordinates sales leads and provides support to sales teams of other SBUs.
- Ensures proper maintenance of all accounts – rate and performance reviews, claims monitoring and management, credit monitoring, reports preparation, contract preparation, monitor...
