Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for KINTO One accounts
- Understand client needs and address concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate services
- Monitor account requests/concerns and status
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Prepares reports and other documents needed by MIS and Kinto admin Unit Head
- Maintain accurate records of accounts
- Ensures compliance with the continues improvement requirements
- Ensures safekeeping and custodianship of documents/files of the department
- Processes payment and billings tagged under the department
- Performs other functions that may be assigned
