About the Role

Office location: Alexandra Rd
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on accounting entries including AP, AR, and GL transactions
  • Prepare and review journal entries
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, AP and AR schedules, and perform reasonableness checks
  • Review Accounts Assistants' data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Prepare and review job cost reports and expense allocations
  • Support GST reporting by preparing schedules and reviewing GST data (Form 5)
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and audit schedules
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager or Management
