Account Coordinators partner with all members of the account team to provide hands‑on support wherever needed. You are a curious observer and are passionate about learning our industry and building a strong foundation. You are proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to dive into the details to get things done.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and build relationships internally and with clients
  • Demonstrate business etiquette in meetings and written communications
  • Provide administrative support to the team including updating status reports, taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, and budget tracking
  • Begin to 'manage the making' of communications assets and understand Ogilvy’s process
  • Manage small projects and support senior team members on larger projects
