**What you'll be doing**:
- Successfully on-boarding venues onto the Wolt platform including photos, menus, training of staff, testing, and follow-up.
- Ensuring our portfolio of venue partners reaches the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
- Being responsible for our product platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure a seamless onboarding process for our partners.
- Sharing best practices amongst the team.
- Proactively search for knowledge cross function, where needed.
- Follow-up on personal and team KPIs for lead time and onboarding volume.
- Work together with account management in tasks related to working with partner performance.
