Job Description

The Position

Reporting organizationally to the Accommodation Manager in Rio de Janeiro, the Accommodation Coordinator will help serve accommodation efforts for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™. This role will be responsible for coordinating lodging and hotel‑related arrangements for the event, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for teams, participants, and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract hotels ensuring they meet quality standards and core group requirements
• Ensure hotels comply with all contractual obligations
• Execute tasks and addendums necessary for adjustments to hotel contracts
