About the Role
Description
Install and service low-voltage security systems including CCTV cameras and door access control. This role is hands-on and field-based, requiring comfort with tools, heights, and varied job sites (indoor/outdoor).
Responsibilities
+ Install and mount CCTV cameras, access control devices, and door hardware
+ Run and terminate Cat5/Cat6 cabling
+ Perform ladder and scissor/boom lift work
+ Use hand tools and power drills to mount and secure devices
+ Assist with basic system setup, testing, and troubleshooting
+ Follow safety practices while working at elevated heights and on job sites
Required Skills
+ CCTV / camera installation experience
+ Access control or alarm system installation
+ Low-voltage wiring (Cat5, Cat6)
+ Proficiency with hand tools and drills
+ Comfortable working at heights (ladders/lifts)
