About the Role
The Business Development Executive is responsible for guiding students and parents regarding suitable courses and academic programs offered by the organization. The role includes counselling, sales conversion, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth enrolment process. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a consultative approach to understanding student needs. Key Responsibilities Counselling & Sales Counsel students and parents about various courses, career paths, program structures, and admission processes. Understand the academic goals, interests, and challenges of students to recommend the right course. Convert inquiries from multiple channels (calls, walk-ins, website leads, social media, etc.) into admissions. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment/sales targets.
