Overview

Scope of Position
Responsible to support all the activities and operations in relation to A400M fleet support conducted on-site that require Ground Support Device (GSD) advice, assessment and support at Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), Subang.

Responsibilities

• Advise the customer in all activities relevant to Maintenance Data System (MDS) support for platform and application services during LIVE operations.
• Ensure appropriate tracking of the Maintenance Data System, Engineering Office department (MDS AMTAC) queries.
• Acknowledge and register queries, escalate to next support level if local answer is not possible, implement solution received and check that incident is properly addressed (resolution or workaround).
• Ensure appropriate tracking of the queries and input to a Query Knowledge Database (QKDB) with event descriptions and correct answers that will be harmonized with the on-site technical services...
